Square Enix has just shared the launch trailer for upcoming side-scrolling action title Moon Diver. This very shiny, flashy, light effect filled title is coming to the PlayStation Network on March 29th (March 30th in Europe) with all its futuristic ninja madness. That means it’s available today for everyone in North America and Japan.
It takes place in the year 2081. The earth lies in ruins. During an eclipse five heroes suddenly appear to save the planet. Laser and wall running, big bosses, and cool art are some of the things you can expect in Moon Diver. If it reminds of you of Strider a bit, know that Moon Diver creator Koichi Yotsui was the designer on that classic title.
Today Moon Diver drops on PSN at the price of $14.99. It’s a timed exclusive, so Xbox 360 owners will have to wait a bit. Square Enix says “coming soon,” so I don’t think you’ll have to wait very long.
