A while ago, we talked about how Sony’s disgusting PSP advertising had inspired one mobile game developer to have a laugh and make money at the same time. Brad Johnson created Lame Castle, a game based on a fictional title shown during Sony’s commercial.

Lame Castle is now available on iTunes for the cool price of $0.99, which is significantly cheaper than it would be in Sony’s “PSP Minis” store. The game itself is a fun little title of the “Runner” variety. You ride your wooden horse and jump over obstacles or boost through targets for points.

It’s quite a charming title, really, and I’d say it’s worth a mere buck for sure. Get it and support mobile gaming, or at least support developers who can turn an insult into a fun game. At least that horrible PSP “Marcus” kid turned out good for something.
