Square Enix has announced that their Kingdom Hearts: VR Experience has been furthered delayed until January 23, just a couple of days away from the launch of Kingdom Hearts III itself.

The VR Experience, which allows PS4 owners equipped with a PSVR kit to experience scenes, gameplay and music videos from the RPG series in 3D, was originally supposed to launch on Christmas Day 2018, but was pushed back until today, January 18. For reasons not discussed, the journey isn’t quite ready just yet.

Kingdom Hearts: VR Experience is now scheduled to launch, for free, on January 23. Kingdom Hearts III launches on PS4 and Xbox One January 29.
