Namco Bandai has just announced its playable games lineup for the 2009 GamesCom in Cologne, Germany, which runs from August 19th through the 23rd. The company will be bringing along 8 new titles to be showcased at the event, two among them being the hotly anticipated Katamari Forever and Tekken 6.

Sounds like they’ll have a pretty big booth this year, and aside from the aforementioned titles, attendees will also be able to check out RPG Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, MMO Champions Online, and several other new offerings which you’ll find listed in the press release after the jump.

I’d like to play the full version of Katamari Forever, but Germany is far away and I’m afraid the country might ban half this stuff by the time I get there. But if you’re already in the area, looks like you’ll have some pretty cool things to try out if you can make it to the event.
