Well, this is slightly complicated.

Back in November, NIS America unveiled plans to bring dungeon crawler Stranger of Sword City to the West, announcing March 22 and March 25 launches for the Americas and Europe, respectively.

That was for the PlayStation Vita version, which NIS says will be available both digitally and at retail. Since then, developer Experience Inc. (Demon Gaze, Ray Gigant) has revealed it is self publishing the title digitally on Xbox One in both Japan and North America that same week in late March.

An unannounced PC release also seems to be in the cards, at least according to a recent ESRB rating filed by NIS, which lists Stranger of Sword City not only for Vita, but Windows PC as well.

The title has a somewhat interesting premise, following the sole survivor of a plane crash who awakens in an unfamiliar dimension, only to be labeled as “the Chosen One” by locals and tasked with defending Escario, the titular city of swords, while searching for a way home.
