Japanese convenience store to sell Tales of Hearts mabo curry

In the Namco Bandai role-playing game Tales of Hearts, as in other Tales series games, Mabo Curry is the ultimate food. Its deliciousness gives players strength and power. And thanks to a promotion between Namco Bandai and Japanese convenience store chain Circle-K Sunkus, it can give real-life gamers strength and power. And probably bad breath.

Japanese game news site Dengeki has details and images of this dish, this mabo tofu curry, which will be sold in Circle-K Sunkus stores starting December 9th all across Japan. The two companies worked together to develop the taste, texture, and even the packaging.

Convenience store food in Japan can actually be good, and this looks pretty tasty. What is it with Japan and game-themed food?
