Japan Club Nintendo Mario and Luigi tote bags are sweet

To celebrate Mario’s 25th anniversary, Club Nintendo in Japan has added a couple of tote bags to their line-up. Even though they’re a bit girly, I’d totally rock the Luigi version of these 1,000 point tote bags. As you can see, they’re colored to match their namesakes. Also shown is the detail on the bag’s 25th anniversary patch. It reads, “Thanks to you all!”

Also added for the anniversary is a The King of Games t-shirt. It’s an 8-bit scene from Super Mario Bros, but has a modified score bar to reflect the date of the anniversary. Very cool shirt, if you ask me.

Again, these are for Japan’s Club Nintendo members, but if you play your cards right on Yahoo! Japan or other outlets, it isn’t impossible to nab one of these.
