Jake G. can’t stand still: New Prince of Persia trailer

As I said in a blog post about a videogame movie earlier today, I’m generally for videogame movies. I’m smart enough to know better than to go in expecting a literal translation of game to film. I just want to be entertained and eat some popcorn. No butter, though. That sh*t is disgusting. It’s not real butter.

I’m totally jazzed for this month’s Prince of Persia film. This new trailer has Jakey-poo moving so much that I feel tired just watching it. It’s action-y action that takes me back to Aladdin on the Sega Genesis more than it does the parkour-ish Prince of Persia games of late. I feel like he could build up better speed by losing the scarf.

We’re with Topless Robot that it kind of resembles scenes from any of the Bourne films. Jakey-poo makes for a way more handsome leading man, though.
