Is this new Super Mario Bros. world record a perfect run?

Looks damned close if not

A new Super Mario Bros. speedrun world record has been set (as seen above) and it looks damned near perfect. It’s mostly a vanilla run, meaning the player doesn’t use many glitches aside from one allowing access to the second warp pipes in a strange way.

This speedrun, while impressive, looks not even close to as cool as some of the Super Mario Maker levels.

One time, I had a time trial world record on the long-forgotten and Sega-published racing game Full Auto, so I’m kind of a big deal like this guy too…right?
