Is KidRobot launching a Mega Man toy line?

Yes, and we’ve been leaked a sales sheet with more details

I had a brief dalliance with vinyl toys, nothing at all like our friends over at Tomopop, but it appears that KidRobot wants me back into buying plastic stuff to clutter my shelves with and make my wife question her life choices. A post on their Instagram page confirms the line’s existence, but we’ve received additional information worth noting, including a possible launch date of June 19, 2014.

The information comes courtesy of a sales sheet sent to us anonymously, which indicates that KidRobot will be launching a series of blind boxed 4″ figures and keychains featuring the characters of Mega Man, which will include all six original Robot Masters, doctors Light and Wily, Roll, Rock, Yellow Devil and three versions of Mega Man. A second page lists 7″ figures of the Blue Bomber and Proto Man. The suggested retail price of the larger toys is printed as $39.99, while the keychains and smaller toys have an MSRP of $9.99.

Check out the full sheets in the gallery. We’ve reached out to KidRobot to confirm the legitimacy of the information we’ve received and will update with any comment they make, but I feel quite confident that this is a thing which will happen. And why not? This is one of the few Mega Man cash-ins of late that I can really get behind, as those little toys look great (and are typically of excellent quality).
