Is Compile Heart about to announce a crossover project?

Teaser site counting down to chaos

Recommended Videos

For the past few days, a Compile Heart teaser site has been counting down to something. On the first day, there was just ominous artwork with the words “7 days to go” in English and the phrase “The gate to the world of chaos will open” written in Japanese. The next day, there was a silhouette of Neptune from the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise and it seemed like the studio was ready to announce a new game in that series. On Saturday, this was the image that greeted visitors:

Those who have played Trillion: God of Destruction will recognize that silhouette as the character Faust. The day before, the site displayed an obscured image of Tiara from Fairy Fencer F and the soon-to-be-released Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Rising. Today, we got another new character:

Correct me if I’m wrong, but that looks like Otoha from Omega Quintet.

That’s four characters from four different franchises in four days. With three more days to go until we find out what the hell Compile Heart is teasing us with, what do you think this is all about?
