When do you meet Cid in FF7 Rebirth?

Is Cid playable in FF7 Rebirth?
While Cid will take a more prominent part in your partyās adventure, he doesnāt actually join the combat cast. Heās just there.
Thereās a high likelihood that Cid will get his hands dirty in the third part of the new Final Fantasy 7 Trilogy, but for Rebirth, heās largely just there to look pretty.
