One of the endings in IRON NEST: Heavy Turret Simulator involves you turning into an anti-monarchist, and you can take down your own king. This is also the quickest ending available, albeit not being a decent one.
If you still don’t care or want to become an anti-monarchist, here’s our guide.
How to kill the king in IRON NEST: Heavy Turret Simulator
The first task is to clear the initial mission that unlocks Fire and Light. In Fire and Light, our actual task is to use the triangulation method to approximate the location of an enemy. Instead, we will be doing something notorious from where there’s no coming back.

- Load one HE shell, and follow it up with one powder charge.
- Since this isn’t an official mission, you don’t need to use the map to locate the spot.

- Adjust the bearing to 327.9 degrees and wait for the angle turret to complete its rotation.

- Once the shell is loaded and the turret rotation is complete, raise the gun elevation to 57.12 degrees. Make sure the bearings and elevations are precisely these numbers.
Once done, fire the shell and wait for it to land on the target. If you open the map, you’ll find that the shell has hit a civilian target (which is your king).
This follows up with your Iron Nest self-destructing in a ball of fire and you dying with it. This is a rather grim ending, but it’s the quickest you can complete the game. My advise: don’t do it, and complete the quests as intended.
