Irem cancels Disaster Report 4

Disaster Report 4, the first PS3 entry for Irem’s survival series has met with a swift and untimely end. The game, scheduled for release this spring, has been canceled. In a brief statement, Irem announced the cancellation with no further explanation, only offering an apology to the fans all related to the project.

This game was playable at Tokyo Game Show this year. We’re talking about a game probably a couple of months from shipping and the plug gets pulled as the very content of the game goes down in real life. Absolutely tragic.
