Outside of Fuse, it’s on a roll

Insomniac Games has had quite the streak commercially and critically. After the generally well-liked Ratchet and Spyro series, it moved on to Resistance and Sunset Overdrive. Outside of the painfully generic Fuse, the studio has had a fun run. Now it’s poised to release Edge of Nowhere, The Unspoken, and Feral Rites on the Oculus Rift this year after its well-received Ratchet & Clank reboot. In other words, Insomniac has been busy.

While we know all about Edge of Nowhere, Kotaku reports that Unspoken will be a first-person action game set in Chicago involving an “urban magic fight club,” and will use the upcoming Oculus Touch controllers. Feral Rites is an action game that looks a lot like Bloody Roar and also has exploration elements.

Okay Insomniac, you have my attention.

Edge of Nowhere is due out on June 6, Feral Rites in Fall 2016, and Unspoken will hit in Holiday of 2016.
