Tons of characters have been tweaked

Remember that Injustice: Gods Among Us character balance patch? Well it’s here, and hopefully it’ll save us from the same few characters being used in tournies over and over. Black Adam and Zatanna are probably the biggest tweaks, and nearly every character in the game has been changed in some way or another.
