Oh, look — it’s another installment of Indie Nation, wherein I highlight a really good indie game you should play.

The Legend of Princess is, in the end, a pretty typical action platformer. It’s got a neat method of selling your difficulty level (choosing particular starting inventory items makes the game significantly easier or harder), it’s short but replayable, and it’s kind of interesting to see a lot of scenes and characters from The Legend of Zelda transported from a top-down action RPG into a side scrolling beatemup, but it’s not going to change your life or surprise you in any way.

It’s fun and beautiful enough to be an easy recommendation, to be sure, but I don’t have that much more to say about it — well, apart from the fact that if you like The Legend of Princess, you need to try Noitu Love 2.

Granted, if you have so much as a pulse you need to try Noitu Love 2.
