It seems that Ska Studios’ excellent stick shooter I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MB1ES 1N IT !!!1 could be heading to Rock Band, as Harmonix is currently using the game’s music in network playtesting on the Rock Band Network. A playtest is no guarantee of an official appearance, but it’s a damn good sign. 

If you’ve ever played  I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MB1ES 1N IT !!!1, then you’ll know that the game’s hilarious and catchy soundtrack is as big a part of the game as the shooting itself. The song details how James Silva made a game (with zombies in it), and how it only costs a dollar. 

I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MB1ES 1N IT !!!1 is available on the Xbox Live Indie Games channel, and it’s an absolute blast. If the game’s song does come to Rock Band officially, then that’s a day one buy from me. Meanwhile, I urge you to get Ska’s original game in the meantime. It costs a dollar, after all!

So weird that I was playing the game just last night and this news hits.
