How Wii U players will catch up on Mass Effect’s story

Recommended Videos

When Mass Effect 3 was announced as a launch window title for Wii U, players understandably wondered how Nintendo owners would be able to catch up on the story and see the effects of their choices from the previous two games. Without ME1 or 2 on the Wii U, how will they understand the impact of choice?

During their Summer Showcase, BioWare and EA mentioned that the Wii U build will include some kind of abridged interactive recap mode that’ll bring players up to speed on the past adventures. In addition, there seems to be a way to make decisions within the recap similarly to how you would in the main games themselves.

I think we’re gonna need more details on this. From just this bit of info, does it sound adequate? Oh, and yes, ME3 will be a launch day title.
