How We Soar looks like one of the more relaxing PlayStation VR games

But it won’t be ready in time for launch

I am a sucker for the papercraft aesthetic and also games in which you calmly work your way around rebuilding the world by merely traveling through it. How We Soar checks both of those boxes. And it has a phoenix! This is a PlayStation VR game from former Free Radical Design and Crytek developers that’s due out at the tail end of the year.

Aside from what you can glean from the trailer, there’s this extra bit of insight: “The world that you explore has been created in the mind and memories of ‘The Author.’ You will travel back and forth between the realms of reality and fantasy with the goal of uncovering the memories hidden within and piecing together the tale of The Author’s life.”

Another decent-looking early VR game, as far as I’m concerned.
