You’ll find the first briefcase combination lock answer on a newspaper on the picnic table. As you’re exploring the picnic table, you’ll spot a newspaper on its northwestern side. Part of it is rolled up, while another part has the numbers 137 underneath a crossword puzzle.

The second hint is atop a podium in the Ceremony part of the map. You’ll find the podium in the northwestern corner of the region, with various items such as screwdrivers, soda bottles, and other objects creating ramps up its height. There are also some hidden passageways tucked behind obstacles and holes in the walls that lead up to the top. You can also climb up a large web to one of the podium’s upper levels using a spider buggy if you have one.
