Diablo 4 Season 14 has a new lair boss in the form of the Corrupted Reaper, and you can hunt her down to get some wonderful rewards. As part of the endgame activity, she’s a new lair boss. Whether she remains beyond Season 14 remains to be seen, but you’ll be able to farm her for the better part of the next three months.
How to summon the Corrupted Reaper in Diablo 4 Season 14
To summon the Corrupted Reaper, you’ll need to complete the seasonal quests in Season 14. In simple words, you must finish the following quests: Rising Tide, Setting Sun and The Looming Night. To do so, you must first unlock Torment I (it’s required for completing Rising Tide, Setting Sun).
Once done, return to Zarbinzet and enter the Pandemonium Rift. You’ll find the option to summon the Corrupted Reaper from the pedestal. You’ll also need a Greater Lair Key to open the cache you get from defeating her.
How to defeat the Corrupted Reaper in Diablo 4
To defeat the Corrupted Reaper, you’ll need to learn her attacks. She’s not the most difficult of bosses to kill, and it will be easier if you’re fighting in a group. Once you can avoid the Soul Traps, you should be able to get the job done easily.
I have listed down some main attacks you can expect from her. Her greatest strengths are her speed and the ability to trigger AoE explosions.

| Soul Dash | The Corrupted Reaper will dash in a straight line and also trigger all Soul Traps on the path. Avoid making her walk along the path where the traps are laid. |
| Trap Rush | She will lay down more Soul Traps and try to activate them. Avoid the traps and you should be good. |
The key is to avoid the Soul Traps at all costs. Once again, try to matchmake and find a group to farm quicker and unlock the rewards. At the time of writing, there’s no definite idea about the loot table and what’s on offer.
However, she offers guaranteed Pandemonium Fragments that you can get from her cache. You’re also guaranteed at least one piece of gear with 850 Item Power. The cache also has a chance to reward you with Mythic Uniques, but that depends on the Torment difficulty. The higher the difficulty, the better the rewards.
