There are several special Star Wars-themed quests you can tackle to earn special freebies in Fortnite. Many of these missions take place in Droid Tycoon, as is the case with one that asks you to steal some Droid Blueprints.
Stealing isn’t something you’re likely to come across while playing naturally, so this can be a fairly tough mission to get done. If you’re having trouble with this one, here’s how to steal Droid Blueprints in Fortnite Star Wars Droid Tycoon.

Steal Droid Blueprints in Fortnite Droid Tycoon
To steal Droid Blueprints in Droid Tycoon, you need to find, pick up, and build Blueprints that you yourself did not purchase. A lot of this task comes down to luck, as there’s no way to know when or if other players will drop Droid Blueprints you can grab.
In my experience playing, sometimes you’ll encounter generous players who try to help out others. This tends to be players who have a lot of Credits and Droids, who will oftentimes buy and drop high-quality ones for others to pick up.
Players also sometimes buy a Droid Blueprint, then change their mind about it, typically dropping it on the ground somewhere near the Sancrawler. This is the same area where generous players usually buy and drop them, too, so be sure to check the ground all around the Sandcrawler for Droid Blueprints you can try to “steal” using these methods.
You can technically try to shoot down a player who has just bought a Droid Blueprint, too, but this feels in poor spirit, especially since there are many other better and more reliable ways to tackle this mission.
If you’ve got a friend who also plays, you can make this mission a lot easier by coordinating on it. To do so, load into the same Droid Tycoon match together, have your friend buy any Droid Blueprint, then have them toss it on the ground so you can grab it to build. Doing so means you technically stole it. You can then follow these steps yourself to repeat the process for them, so you both get to check off this tricky task.
How to steal or purchase Droid Blueprints in Fortnite Star Wars Droid Tycoon
One of the Unleash the Force quests you’ll encounter asks you to steal or purchase a total of 10 Droid Blueprints. For this mission, you can steal all 10, buy all 10, or do a mix of both to get it done.
Although you can use any combination you like to get this quest done, I recommend focusing on either buying the Droid Blueprints yourself or grabbing dropped ones around the map. It’s not really worth it to fight players to steal Droid Blueprints from them, as most players try to help out others in this mode rather than starting fights. Your odds of actually getting a Droid Blueprint are also lower when fighting, as you may lose.
