How to solve the sheet music puzzle in Blue Prince

There’s sheet music all around Blue Prince’s estate. While most are in the Music Room, you’ll quickly notice these scattered in several rooms, including some completely unrelated to music. Combining these unveils a hidden message, leading you to a valuable prize.

The trickiest part of this puzzle is determining where to find these music sheets, how many there are, and where their hidden messages lie. Let’s discuss how to solve Blue Prince’s sheet music puzzle, including where to find every page and the reward for completing it.

Blue Prince sheet music locations

There are eight music sheets you can find around Blue Prince’s estate. Here’s a complete list of where you can find them:

• Music Room: Pages 1 to 4
• Greenhouse: Page 5
• Ballroom: Pages 6 and 7
• Workshop: Page 8

The Music room has the first four sheets for you to analyze, with the rest scattered around estate rooms you’ll find in higher ranks. There are two halves to this puzzle—reading the bolded words on each sheet and figuring out what its riddle means.

Blue Prince sheet music puzzle solution

After reading the bolded words on all eight sheet music pages in order, you’ll find the phrase “First words on the sheets are true message.” Rather than acting as the solution, the bolded words hint at the true answer—look at the first word on every sheet.

Looking back at the first word on every sheet, we’ll learn the next phrase is “Find among the white trees under two stones.” Much like the first note, it sounds vague and slightly cryptic at first, especially since the estate’s green rooms don’t normally follow this pattern. Instead, we have to think (and look) outside the box.

Our destination isn’t inside the house. You’ll need to head out toward the campsite while carrying a shovel and look for a cluster of white birch trees. If you don’t yet have a shovel, you can often find one in Green Rooms. There’s also a chance to find one in the Commissary.

After heading outside with your shovel, walk toward the campsite, making sure you have some spare steps. Behind the campsite, you’ll find several white birch trees with two stones for you to dig between. Uncovering this spot reveals the Conservatory blueprint, which you can now draft on future days. You can also use this opportunity to figure out the lock code near the Apple Orchard if you’ve yet to unlock it.
