Monster-collecting adventure Aniimo is coming soon to PC, consoles, and mobile devices worldwide, and we are a little over a day away from that moment. While you can’t play right now, you can preload the game on your PC and consoles.
Doing so will help you save valuable time when the game eventually goes live. Here’s how to preload the game on your applicable platform.

How to preload Aniimo
The option to preload Aniimo is available on both PC and consoles. This automatically means that whether you are on PS5 or the Xbox Series X or S, preloading should not be a worry.
PC
While Aniimo will be available on Steam, you had to rely on the official website if you wanted to preload the game. That has now changed as of writing.
- Open the pre-download article.
- You’ll find a link for the official launcher.
- Install the launcher, and choose where you want to install the game.
- Agree to the necessary license agreements and complete the installation.
- Hit the preload button if you want to download the game on Steam.
If you start the game now, you’ll get an error when trying to log in to the servers.
PlayStation
While Aniimo is free-to-play, the preload option for PS5 will require you to buy one of the two available packs. The Advanced Edition is priced at $9.99, while the Collector’s Edition costs $19.99.
If you opt for either, you can preload the game on your console. However, you’ll also get plenty of bonus goodies once Aniimo is live.
Xbox
The process for the Xbox Series X|S is the same as that for PlayStation. Hence, you can’t preload the game if you choose to stay free-to-play. PC is the only platform for that route, but you do get extra items if you spend a few dollars.
