How to invite your friends to Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core

It’s needless to say that all of you will need to own the game. Next, complete the tutorial (or skip it if you like). Head to the Mission Terminal in the lobby area. This is where you can prepare for an upcoming run, apply enhancements, change loadouts, and more.

  • Open the Mission terminal to select what task you want to complete.
  • Next, you’ll find four options. Pick Host (Friends Only) from the list of options.

This will allow you to invite your buddies to play together. They should be added to you on Steam to complete the process. Alternatively, your friend can also choose to join your session directly from the Steam Friends List. This is possible if you’re not already in a mission (based on the early tests post-launch).

You can still play with other players even if you don’t have a friend for the game. You can do so easily by going to the Mission Terminal and choosing to ‘Join’. You can then choose from a list of available servers and rounds created by other players.

You can also create a public lobby when starting a mission. Other players willing to play in a public lobby for the same mission will automatically join you, and together, you can reach the final level to reclaim the facility.
