The Flashy Pass and Wrap Pass represents two advanced modes of moving the ball in NBA 2K27, and they can open up avenues that would otherwise remain impossible. The controls, in comparison to the ordinary pass, are more complex, but it’s not without its fair share of rewards.

In this guide, I will briefly explain how to perform both kinds of passes and master them.

To perform the Flashy Pass, press the RS as a direction while holding R1/RB on your PlayStation/Xbox controller. This pass is ideally meant to bypass bad passing angles. If you’re stuck in a situation where a teammate isn’t in the open, but you have to pass the ball, the Flashy Pass is a perfect option.

However, you should only attempt this type of pass with someone who is good with the ball and has great passing. Someone with poorer passing will simply result in you losing the ball while making the attempt.

Ideally, the best time to use this pass is when the receiver is behind you. Unlike the ordinary pass, you won’t need to turn back and change your direction. You can also trick your opponents who will be likely expecting the pass to go to someone else.

Here’s how you can perform a Wrap Pass in NBA 2K27.

  • Double-tap the Circle/B button on your PlayStation/Xbox controller.
  • Control the direction of this pass with your LS.

When passing the ball, the ball-carrier will typically hide the ball. In simple words, this reduces the chances for the opponent to steal the ball. The pass does look bizarre, and it has less pace than a normal pass. However, it’s extremely effective when you want to make sure that you won’t lose the ball when making the pass.

Just like Flashy Pass, the Wraparound Pass works well with athletes who have good passing stats.
