It's the base for so many useful items

There are a lot of consumable items in Wuthering Waves, from meals to medicines. If you’re planning to go into battle and want some extra protection or buffs, you can make a few different things at the synthesizer, but they all share a common ingredient — Base Fluid.

It doesn’t matter how powerful you get in Wuthering Waves, the enemies scale up with you as you level, so you’re never going to be overleveled. This keeps things interesting, but it does mean you’ll always encounter struggles at times. To help, you can buff your party with items crafted at the Synthesizer.

Before you can make Base Fluid, you’ll need to gather up some Pearl Leaf. Thankfully, this is one of the most commonly available and widely distributed resources in the game and can be found in all of the following areas:

  • South eastern side of the Dim Forest
  • On the perimeter of Tiger’s Maw
  • Jinzhou
  • Loong’s Gaze Suburbs
  • Yeming Slide
  • Gorges of Spirits
  • Central Plains
  • Desorock Highland
  • Norfall Barrens

In these areas, look out for the tall, orange, reed-like plants. These are Pearl Leaf, and you’ll need a lot of them if you want to start pumping out party buffing items at the Synthesizer.

At the Synthesizer, navigate to the middle tab and you’ll find the green triangle looking Base Fluid. You’ll need two Pearl Leaf for each Base Fluid you want to make.
