How to make Spiky Berry Pie in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Cactus needles? Extra crunch.

If you purchase Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time, you’ll find yourself with a whopping 123 new recipes to make using some of the many new ingredients found on Eternity Isle. One of these, Spiky Berry Pie, sounds painful to eat but I have to admit it looks really good.

Spiky Berry Pie is a 5-star dish that can be made at any Cooking Station. If eaten, it will provide 2,188 energy and if sold, it will earn you 421 Star Coins. Once you’ve unlocked the various areas of Eternity Isle, it’s fairly easy to make using foraged or farmed ingredients, although you’ll need to pay Remy a visit (and some Star Coins) for one of the ingredients.

Before you can find all of the ingredients for Spiky Berry Pie, you’ll need to complete Jafar’s quest called ‘The Sands in the Hourglass’. Upon completion of this quest, you will unlock the first areas of both the Glittering Dunes and the Wild Tangle.

To make Spiky Berry Pie, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 Cactoberry
    • Foraged from bushes located in either The Oasis or The Borderlands areas of the Glittering Dunes on Eternity Isle.
  • 1 Wheat
    • Seeds are purchased from Goofy’s Stall in the Peaceful Meadow for 1 Star Coin each. Wheat grows in only one minute and needs to be watered only once.
  • 1 Strawberry
    • Foraged from bushes located around the Docks and Overlook areas of Eternity Isle.
  • 1 Butter
    • Purchased from Chez Remy for 190 Star Coins each.
  • 1 Spice
    • Foraged from the ground in any biome, can include Oregano, Mint or Paprika.

Once you’ve gathered the needed ingredients, head to a Cooking Station and as long as you have Coal in either your inventory or storage, you’ll be able to make your own Spiky Berry Pie.
