There are several ways to earn gold in Palworld, but one of the easiest is crafting and selling Nails. It’s a quick and efficient way for new players grinding gold, perfect for the early game when you’re limited on options.

To begin, you will need to be at least Level 10 with access to Ore.

Step 1: Obtain Ore

Crafting Nails requires Ore. While nodes for Ore farming can be found out in the wilderness, and there are a few places where several of them spawn close together. My favorite mining spot is just behind the Desolate Church.

Ore is heavy, so either invest some points into raising your Stamina or take some Pals with you that increase carry weight.

Step 2: Refine the Ore into Ingots

Refine Ore into Metal Ingots at the Primitive Furnace, which unlocks at Level 10 in your Technology Tree. You will need a fire Pal ā€” Foxparks or Rooby work fine and are plentiful in the starting areas.

Step 3: Craft Ingots into Nails

To make your Nails, use the Primitive Workbench with a stack of Metal Ingots. They donā€™t take too long to craft, but having a few Pals with Handiwork skills can help speed it up.

Step 4: Profit

Take your finished nails to any Wandering Merchant. They sell for 160 gold a piece.

If you have the right Pals at your base, you can assign them to keep refining ingots and making nails. As long as you keep up your ore stockpile, you can somewhat automate the process and turn your base into a nail-making factory.

Rinse and repeat as needed. If becoming a nail tycoon isn’t your thing, there are several other money-making methods you can try instead.
