The recipe for Pan-Seared Tilapia and Vegetables is as follows:

The biggest challenge standing between you and making this meal is the Tilapia, which can only be caught in one specific biome. Otherwise, you’re free to use any vegetables you like to complete the recipe.

Tilapia can only be caught in the Frosted Heights biome and it spawns only in blue fishing spots. If you don’t have any blue fishing spots available to you, remember to clear out the other fishing spots and more should spawn in their place.

When it comes to the vegetables, you have your pick of a long list available in-game. You can easily grow a whole bunch of Lettuce or Carrots for this purpose. However, you can avoid growing anything at all (or spending any Star Coins) by using foraged Vegetables, such as Mushrooms or Bamboo.

Mushrooms can be found around the floor in the Glade of Trust, or otherwise gained through watering the giant mushrooms which spawn daily. Bamboo, on the other hand, requires you to have purchased A Rift in Time. It can be found sprouting in the floor of the Wild Tangle, or otherwise in small bunches.
