You can unlock Feebas by building the Exciting Beach Habitat in Pokopia. While the vast majority of Habitats can be made using key items found or crafted from various regions, this one is a bit different, as it instead calls for assets unlocked through the Fetching Scales for Feebas event. These items can be unlocked by finding and spending Prism Scales with Feebas inside any built Pokémon Center before the event ends.
While the event is active, Feebas is busy running the rewards counter, so they won’t spawn at the Habitat you build for them. Once the event is over, though, you’ll find them hanging around outside one of the Pokémon Centers. They can choose any rebuilt center to hang out at after the event, so you’ll have to search around them all to find Feebas. Once you do, you can then ask them to follow you and show them to their built Habitat to have them move in.
Feebas Exciting Beach Habitat requirements in Pokopia
You need two items to make the Exciting Beach Habitat for Feebas. These items are:
