Your camp is the base of all your work in Crimson Desert, and having more Comrades will allow you to level up faster. Comrades are essentially units who ensure that your base is functioning as intended. You can also use some of them in expeditions to get more resources.

How to get more comrades in Crimson Desert
Once you’ve unlocked the Howling Hills Camp in Chapter 3, you can start to send invites to Comrades to join you on your mission. However, things aren’t that simple. To be successful, you’ll need to complete different quests.
You can find these tasks from the Faction Quests tab. These missions typically begin with “A rumor…” at the start. Once you select one of these tasks, it will tell you what needs to be done. Complete all the tasks, and you’ll have a new Comrade joining your camp.
How to level up Comrades in Crimson Desert
The level of your Comrades is directly tied to your camp. The more your camp advances, the more level-ups your Comrades will acquire. When a Comrade levels up, they will learn more skills. Upgrading your camp is pretty easy, and you can quicken up the process by completing quests under the Grounds of the Sunrise tab. These missions are relatively easy, and a tent icon highlights them on the mini map.
You can also gain camp levels from activities like building a trough. Raising camp levels and your Comrade levels isn’t the hardest of the tasks. However, I recommend completing side quests to make the leveling process quicker.
