As you journey across Idyll in Aniimo, you’ll find all kinds of rare loot items to collect. One of these items is eggs, which come in quite a few different varieties and can be hatched to obtain new Aniimo.
You’ll start finding eggs pretty early on in your adventure, but you’re not actually told where to take them to initiate the hatching process. It’s a great, easy way to find new Aniimo for your collection, so here’s how to hatch eggs in Aniimo.

Where to hatch eggs in Aniimo
You can hatch eggs by interacting with the Hatchinator, which is found at the Outpost in Aniimo. This key location is situated in The Argent Strait region, located near the bottom-left corner of the map.
The Hatchinator has three slots, so you can hatch up to three eggs at once. The middle slot, though, can only be used for higher-quality eggs, so oftentimes, you may only be able to have two hatching at once.
Once you place an egg into the Hatchinator, the time it’ll take is displayed next to the egg. Sometimes, events in Idyll help them hatch a bit faster, but generally, you can expect eggs to take a fairly long time to finish hatching.
How to get eggs in Aniimo
You can find and obtain eggs in various ways in Aniimo. They’re fairly common, so be sure to check in at the Hatchinator often in case you have some that need to be hatched. Here are all the egg acquisition methods we’ve found.
- Finish all Daily Activity quests – Each day, you’re given some key missions to tackle. Checking off all listed tasks on the Daily Activity page grants you one free egg.
- Complete Elite Training – Certain quests and milestones grant various types of eggs as prizes.
- Participate in events – Aniimo generally has quite a few different events unfolding, and checking off key goals in some of them rewards eggs. Keep an eye on the events page, and be sure to jump into any events that have eggs available for you to obtain.
- Explore – While exploring the vast region of Idyll, you may sometimes find eggs. They can be sitting out in the open, typically in nests, or otherwise obtained through exploration activities.
- Work on the Companion Handbook – This battle pass-like event featured a few eggs for you to collect. The base, free version has quite a few of them for you to grab, so you don’t even need to pay to upgrade to get them here.
