Red Needle Katana location in Crimson Desert
The Red Needle Katana is located on an island on the eastern side of Delesyia. You’ll have to locate and head to the Sanctum of Oblation. Since this is an endgame area, it will take some time for you to be able to reach the location. Thankfully, there are no hard boss fights waiting for you here.

The entrance to the exact spot is on the eastern side of the Sanctum of Oblation. You have to defeat the enemies (or just go past them) and take the first right turn. Go to the corridor, and you’ll find a hidden entrance on the way to the left. Take the entrance, go inside, and you’ll find a set of stairs going down.

How to obtain the Red Needle Katana in Crimson Desert
Once you’re all the way down the stairs, enter the room that has a piece of Sanctum. To get the weapon, however, you’ll need to light the lantern that’s right next to the piece of Sanctum. This opens up the room that has the Red Needle Katana.

Head back up the stairs to the entrance of the Sanctum, and you’ll find an open door that was locked earlier. Enter the room, and you’ll find the Red Needle Katana in a Treasure Chest.
