How to get the Life Orb in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

If you just need one, don’t pay for them

Recommended Videos

In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, there are a lot of items that are either gained solely from shops, or can be found in the wild. Sometimes it’s a combo! That’s the case for the Life Orb held item, so don’t go breaking the bank just yet.

You can get one free Life Orb from Casseroya Lake

Once you have access to swimming or gliding, you can go for the Casseroya Lake Life Orb. It’s located in the location in the gallery above, on an island in the western portion of the zone.

You’ll find the Life Orb at the highest point of the island, near a brush and a rock.

You’ll also be able to buy more at a Mesagoza Delibird Presents shop after you finish the game

Heading to a Mesagoza Delibird Presents shop will be quicker, though it’ll cost you. Life Orbs will cost you a pretty penny though, as they’ll run you 50,000 Pokedollars at the shop, provided that you cleared the main story.

Here’s what the Life Orb does:

“An item to be held by a Pokemon. It boosts the power of the holder’s moves, but the holder also loses a small amount of HP with each attack it lands.”
