The Plate Armor of Shadows set is one of the best pieces of gear to use in Crimson Desert, but finding all the parts can be a real challenge. While there’s a way to get all the parts to the same place, it’s not an easy solution.
Instead, you should aim to get the five different parts separately from their respective locations.

All Plate Armor of Shadows parts in Crimson Desert
The Plate Armor of Shadows set has five different parts to find. To find them, head to the northern areas of Hernand and as far as the Everfrost Watchtower. Here are the five parts that you’ll need to find.
- Plate Cloak of Shadows
- Plate Armor of Shadows
- Plate Boots of Shadows
- Plate Gloves of Shadows
- Plate Helm of Shadows
Plate Cloak of Shadows location
The Cloak can be found in the Hoenmark Ruins. If you reach the marked location, you’ll find a series of tiles that have a different appearance. Crouch and use Force Palm on these, and you’ll be inside a secret room. You can expect enemies at this location, but you can avoid them if you’re careful. You’ll find the Cloak in this room.
Plate Armor of Shadows location
To find the actual armor, you’ll have to reach near the Everfrost Watchtower. Reach the marked location on the image above, and you’ll come across some rocky cliffs. There is a cave by teh cliffs with a lamp that can be lit up. Walk inside, and you’ll find the armor.
Plate Boots of Shadows location
If you’re looking for the footwear, you need to head to the Frostclaw Cave. You’ll need to go down to the bottom of the waterfalls at the marked location. Stand on the left side of the ground, and charge up a Stab. You’ll go right through, and then you can pick up the boots.
Plate Gloves of Shadows location
The gloves can be found in the Everfrost Cave, and you can find the location marked on the image above. Walk along the riverbank, and you’ll soon end up with a warning that you’re at the end of the world. Next, start climbing up, and you’ll reach the cave. Enter the cave, and you’ll find your gloves.
Plate Helm of Shadows location
In Chapter 6, you’ll be going up against Beloth, the Darksworn, in the Hoenmarks Ruins region. I found a questline leading to this point, so you’ll eventually reach here as you complete more chapters. The quest itself will have an objective where you’ll have to obtain Beloth’s loot. You’ll get the Helm from this loot, and you’ll also get the full armor set as well.
However, defeating Beloth is a difficult task, and you’ll need to clear almost half of the main campaign to reach this point.
