First of all, Okarun has an M1 combo with one of the biggest AoEs in Verse Piece. Additionally, his whole kit deals very high damage, with relatively short cooldowns to boot. However, Okarun’s kit is limited to only four moves, and none of them offer any defensive utility. Because Okarun’s moves hit at a very high rate, it is best to use Okarun as your primary DPS option, along with the Ice Artifact for the perma-freeze effect.
How to Get the Okarun Spec in Verse Piece
You can get the Okarun spec in Verse Piece by interacting with the Okarun teacher NPC in Turbo Tunnel with 1 Turbo Granny Soul, 2 Golden Balls, 1 Okarun Glasses, and 25 Turbo Artifacts in your inventory. The easiest to get are the Turbo Artifacts, which mostly drop from Mythical and Exotic chests. However, to farm Turbo Artifacts efficiently, you should definitely try fishing. To obtain the other Okarun components, you will first need to find your way to the Turbo Tunnel in Verse Piece.
How to Enter the Turbo Tunnel in Verse Piece
Turbo Tunnel is a secret location in Verse Piece, which you can enter by interacting with a specific tunnel in Karakura Town. The tunnel is on the left side of town, at the end of a street, with two enemies and the Trait Passives NPC alongside it. Unlike most other locations in Verse Piece, you can’t teleport to the Turbo Tunnel using the Gatekeeper ability.
How to Get Turbo Granny Soul, Golden Balls, and Okarun Glasses
If you want to farm the Turbo Granny Soul, Golden Balls, and Okarun Glasses needed for the Okarun spec in Verse Piece, you will have to defeat the Okarun Boss inside the Turbo Tunnel. To spawn the Okarun Boss, you need 50 Boss Tickets and 5,000 Gems. Alternatively, you can also trade for these materials with other players. Besides the above materials, Okarun Boss also drops the Okarun Mask and Okarun Clothes accessories.
How to Get More Boss Tickets in Verse Piece
There is no straightforward way to farm Boss Tickets in Verse Piece. Boss Tickets don’t drop while fishing or when opening chests. However, you can get more of them by exchanging Mythical materials for Boss Tickets at the Ticket Exchange NPC on Bleach Island. Each Boss Ticket costs you three mythical materials. Now, if you want to get more mythical materials, you have to either open chests, go fishing, or spend Gems at the Hakari Gacha on the Arcade Isle.
How to Awaken Okarun Spec in Verse Piece
You can awaken the Okarun spec by completing the Turbo Granny Challenge Dungeon within 30 seconds. The challenge is relatively easy if you can get more people to do it with you, as the Boss HP doesn’t scale up. The new F move that you get for Okarun increases the specs damage by 15% for 45 seconds, which is a decent buff to an already great spec.
