Even one Aspect can make a difference

In Fortnite, Aspects of the Gods are powerups that help you increase your movement speed, raise your damage, or give you health regeneration. While they come at a cost, they’re worth collecting if you wish to challenge their bosses. Here’s how to get Aspect of the Gods.

Where to find Aspect of the Gods in Fortnite

Aspects of the Gods are boss medallions you claim by defeating Olympus God bosses at various landmarks during Fortnite’s Chapter 5, Season 2 Myths and Mortals event. By beating a boss and its minions, it’ll drop a medallion that, upon picking it up, will bestow upon you its respective power boost. Your Fortnite map indicates the exact location of each boss, depicted with a pillar icon in their respective POIs.

Once you reach one of the boss’ spawn areas, you’ll see a golden statue representing the Olympian. Interact with it to break the statue, spawning minions before summoning the boss itself. Defeat the boss and its minions to get their Aspect alongside other valuable items like weapons, grenades, and consumables.

Alternatively, if someone beats you to the boss, you can eliminate them to pick up their medallion. Collecting the medallion grants you its respective Aspect power until the match ends or someone defeats you in a fight.

However, picking up an Aspect has a drawback. Although you’ll get significant buffs, you’ll also cause a golden ring to appear around you on the map. The more Aspects you pick up, the more accurate this circle will be, with four Aspects revealing your exact location. This makes you a prime target for other players to find and defeat you so they can receive the buffs themselves.
