Let’s find out how to generate the correct Thanks Letter and understand why it’s so important.

How to generate Thanks Letter in Thank You For Your Application

First, you’re going to use a Thanks Letter only when you want to reject the resume of a candidate. A successful resume won’t need the use of a Thanks Letter.

  • First, open the resume of a candidate. Check out all the details on the resume.
  • Scrutinize all the additional documents. Pay special attention to their graduation certificate if that’s required in case of non-local candidates.
  • Open the job requirements. Tally if all the requirements are satisfied. A resume is considered successful only if it meets all the requirements.
  • If you find that a resume doesn’t meet a specific requirement, mark it out on the valid document. You’ll find that the Thanks Letter button is active at the bottom right corner of your screen.
  • To generate the correct Thanks Letter, you must select the correct criteria that the candidate has failed. Otherwise, you’ll always fail to generate the Thanks Letter.

Suppose the candidate has submitted a test report where their Breakdown Index is above the maximum threshold. First, select the job requirement condition related to the Breakdown Index. Next, select the value shown in the test result of the candidate. Generate the Thanks Letter, and attach it to your resume. The resume can then be safely binned as you reject the candidate.

Thanks Letter is significant if you don’t want to lose money. If you reject a candidate correctly but fail to attach a Thanks Letter, you’ll still get penalized. Penalty includes financial punishments, and you’ll earn a lot less than your wages.
