Energized Piranhas can be found swimming in rivers all around Kilima Valley. Any area classified as a river within this region has a chance of dropping one when you catch a fish there, though it is a rarer drop, which means luck and random chance play a large role in how easy or difficult it is to find.
Rivers you can visit and fish in to find Energized Piranhas include the one that runs from Mirror Fields down to the Kilima Village area, one slightly north of Whispering Banks, one near Maji’s Hollow, and one north of Phoenix Falls.
