Keep the tracker safe
With the arrival of Season 4 in Call of Duty: Warzone, a notable change took place as the previously introduced Redacted Faction was replaced by the brand-new Phalanx faction. As part of this update, exciting new missions were introduced for this faction, including the Tier 2 Story mission called Long Distance.
In this mission, you will encounter three objectives that need to be completed. First, you must retrieve the tracker from the dead drop located in Vondel Zoo. Next, while carrying the tracker, you will need to utilize three UAV towers in Al Mazrah during the same deployment. Finally, your task is to deliver the loaded tracker back to the dead drop at the Zoo. It’s important to keep a few things in mind as you tackle this mission. Let’s dive right in without any further delay.
Take the tracker from the Vondel Zoo dead drop
Your first objective takes place on the Vondel map. Your task is to collect a GPS tracker from the dead drop in the Zoo POI. Make your way promptly to this location, and you will find the dead drop situated at the back of a large building within the Zoo. Refer to the provided map for precise directions.
Remember this spot as it may be relevant for future missions as well. Retrieve the tracker from the dead drop and ensure a safe extraction to complete the first objective.
Activate 3 UAV towers in Al Mazrah and deliver the tracker back to the Vondel Zoo dumpster
The second part of the mission takes place in Al Mazrah and presents the most challenging job among the three objectives. Your task is to activate three UAV towers, all within a single deployment. It becomes challenging because you’ll need to visit three separate UAV towers while carrying the tracker, potentially encountering enemies along the way.
Once you successfully activate all three UAV towers, the tracker will be loaded. Ensure a safe extraction once again, as you’ll need to deliver the loaded tracker back to the Vondel Zoo dead drop.
Having successfully loaded the tracker, it’s time to return to Vondel and infill into the Zoo POI. Proceed to the same dead drop where you retrieved the tracker earlier, and deliver it to complete your mission. Remember, losing the tracker at this stage will require you to restart the mission from the beginning. Ensure a safe delivery to mark the mission as completed.
