Ruins and Reverberations is a brand-new quest in ARC Raiders that you can complete following the launch of the Frozen Trail update. The quest has several tasks and takes place on the brand-new Pendola Pass map.

ARC Raiders Ruins and Reverberations quest walkthrough
The Ruins and Reverberations quest can be broken down into several parts.
Connect a Spotter Relay at the antenna on the roof of Cielo Sereno Observatory
You can find Spotter Relays by destroying Spotters. I just brought an item from my inventory to make matters easier. We have to then head to the roof of the Cielo Sereno observatory located on the Pendola Pass map.
You’ll also need to bring a Snap Hook or a Grappling Hook since we have to reach the roof of the building. There’s also a ladder on the side that you can take to reach the roof. Go to the south-western part of the roof, and you’ll find the antenna to attach the Spotter Relay.
Repair the wires in the crawlspace located below the control room to redirect power
Turn around, and take few steps forward, and you’ll notice a small gap on the floor. Drop using the opening, and repeat it using another gap (right where you land after dropping from the roof). Go left, head straight, and take another left to find the wire box.
Activate the Spotter Relay connected to the antenna
Finally, return to where the antenna is (where you had inserted the Spotter Relay on the first step). Interact with it to activate the ARC part and finish the final task of this quest. This is certainly one of the easier ones to do.

You’ll also get the Grappling Hook from Celeste upon accepting the quest.
