How to complete Oh, Bother in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Pooh's got a present for you.

The Parks Fest event has an array of special popcorn buckets you can unlock, but all of them require you to complete secret tasks in Disney Dreamlight Valley. One of these duties is called Oh, Bother, and you’re not given any information about it.

The name of this quest is a small hint that points you in the right direction, but even if you know what it’s referencing, it can still be fairly tricky to figure out what needs to be done. Here’s how to complete Oh, Bother in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

To finish the Oh, Bother duty, you need to craft Pooh’s Popcorn Bucket in DDV. Oh, Bother is a phrase commonly used by Winnie the Pooh in Disney, so the name of this quest is a reference to this line that’s meant to help you deduce what needs to be done.

Making Pooh’s Popcorn Bucket is quite a process since you have to gather all of the event materials, combine them at a crafting station, and claim your reward. The most complex part of this task is gathering all of the Buttons you need for it.

To make Pooh’s Popcorn Bucket, you need Green Buttons, Flower Buttons, red Buttons, and Blue Buttons. Here’s how many you need of each kind and how to acquire them.

ButtonAmountHow to get
Green Button40Obtained by completing daily and weekly event quests.
Flower Button20Can be found growing randomly in the wild around the Peaceful Meadow and Plaza biome as long as the Parks Fest event is active.
Red Button10Can be found on the ground throughout all Dreamlight Valley biomes, including the Plaza, Peaceful Meadow, Dazzle Beach, Glade of Trust, Forest of Valor, Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights, and Forgotten Lands. Red Buttons only spawn in the main village, so stay in Dreamlight Valley to find them.
Blue Button15Obtained by fishing out of white ripple spots in water around Dazzle Beach and Peaceful Meadow.

The Parks Fest event is an annual occurrence, but the Oh, Bother duty hasn’t always been around, so there’s a decent chance you may have already made Pooh’s Popcorn Bucket before this task was available to complete. If so, you may be seeking a way to get it done without gathering all of the supplies to craft a new one.

There’s only one way to avoid making this item again, and it’s to use the machine unlocked during The Uncrafting Station quest. You can uncraft your old Pooh’s Popcorn Bucket or any other bucket you may have to break down all required materials for a small Dreamlight cost. To access this quest and machine, you first need to unlock the Cheshire Cat.

Oh, Bother reward in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Completing the Oh, Bother task gets you one Pooh’s Popcorn Bucket furniture item and one Pooh’s Handheld Popcorn Bucket accessory item. Both items are visually the same, but one can be placed anywhere in the world, while the other can be equipped as an accessory item you carry around the valley.

If you’re hoping to unlock more special buckets you can accessorize with or place around your village, consider working on Craftily Ever After and Destination: Imagination next.
