Ever since Phosphor Games announced that mobile gaming is replacing console gaming, it’s become something of a villain. While its last game, Dark Meadow, was excellent, any talk of the upcoming Horn has been flavored with vitriol and disgust for the entire idea of touch-based gameplay. Such is the way of the Internet.
I don’t necessarily agree with the statement (why are devs always looking to replace things?) but I don’t see how the sentiment has any bearing on the game itself.
Haters are invariably going to hate, but I am looking forward to Horn. Of course, I’m one of the apparent “spastics” who are too casual for your manly hardcore console games, so that’ll probably be why. You can’t enjoy both mobile and console and PC gaming, you see. We stand with one, or we die with nothing!
