Honkai Star Rail Cipher release date and countdown

Cipher is a new 5-star Quantum character in Honkai Star Rail who will be released in the second half of version 3.3. She’s one of the demigods in Amphoreus and looks extremely fun to play.

Cipher release date and countdown in Honkai Star Rail

The version 3.3 livestream confirmed that Cipher will be released in the second half, so her banner will be released on June 11 (server time). However, her exact release timings on each server are different because they use different time zones.

Here are the exact timings for Cipher’s release in the CT time zone on all HSR servers:

• Asia – June 10 at 11pm
• Europe – June 11 at 6am
• America – June 11 at 12pm

Asia

As always, Trailblazers on the Asian server will get the first chance to pull on the second phase banners.

Europe

Cipher will be released on the European servers a few hours after her debut on the Asian server.

America

Needless to say, Cipher’s banner will arrive last on the American server.

Cipher’s banner will be available until July 1, assuming version 3.3 follows the regular six-week update schedule.

HSR 3.3 Phase 2 characters and Light Cones

Listed below are all the characters who will be featured on the second half banners in HSR 3.3:

• Cipher (5-star Quantum – Nihility)
• Aglaea (5-star Lightning – Remembrance)
• Xueyi (4-star Quantum – Destruction)
• Sushang (4-star Physical – The Hunt)
• Qingque (4-star Quantum – Erudition)

Meanwhile, the Light Cone banners will have the following items on rate up:

• Lies Dance on the Breeze (5-star – Nihility)
• Time Woven Into Gold (5-star – Remembrance)
• Geniuses’ Greetings (4-star – Remembrance)
• Eyes of the Prey (4-star – Nihility)
• Shared Feeling (4-star – Abundance)

The 4-star lineup is not that good, but the 5-star ones are pretty solid.
