Remember Heroes of Dragon Age, that upcoming free-to-play title for Android and iOS EA announced back in August? Don’t worry, I didn’t either. Well, it’s out now.

The spin-off title focuses around players collecting characters from the Dragon Age franchise and building a team in order to tackle groups of enemies — players can also compete against others online. To acquire more heroes, you can either use gold coins (which you get from winning battles) or blue gems to purchase specific packs — funnily enough, these ‘packs’ only contain one hero in each.

Blue gems are much harder to come by than coins, but don’t worry because EA are letting players purchase them using real money. In fact, EA are so considerate that they’ve included an option to buy $99.99 worth of these gems in one go. Cheers, EA!

Anyone given Heroes of Dragon Age a go yet? What do you make of it so far?
