Here’s what Speilberg’s LMNO might have looked like

A collaboration between Electronic Arts and director Steven Speilberg, known as “LMNO,” will never see the light of day. But this visual target video acquired by 1UP shows us what could have been, and it’s heart breaking, because it certainly looks impressive.

The title was originally announced in 2005, and after EA went quiet on the project, it’s reported to be quietly canceled only a few years later. “LMNO” was said to mix first-person parkour-style movement with an action game, sprinkled with some role-playing game elements.

Oh, and that alien-like chick in the video? Her name is Eve, and she was going to make you cry. Mission accomplished — there’s a tear in my eye as I sit here thinking about what we’re missing.
