The Resident Evil remake for GameCube is one of my favorite games ever. So waking up to news that Capcom is working on a high-definition remaster for just about everything under the sun (except Wii U) felt like being a wide-eyed child on Christmas morning. I was in heaven.
Just look at these screenshots. Look at them! They’re transcendent. I’m going to tape these to the ceiling above my bed so I can look at them while I fall asleep. My nightmares will be so pretty.
