As an employee of sinister stationary supply company, HellO, you’ll be spending your days ascending the corporate ladder to escape from climbing hellfire. Hell of an Office includes dashing, hooking, and rocket-jumping mechanics to get you moving. It promises over 100 levels across 10 worlds. To keep you motivated, it will pit you against fellow worker drones with online leaderboards.

There isn’t much information right now on what is going to be included in the Early Access, though a demo version featuring 60 levels did its rounds in 2021, and the studio suggests this version will have 100 levels across 10 worlds. There’s also no indication on completion or how long they intend to have it in Early Access.

As someone who writes about video games, I don’t work in an office, nor do I typically work clothed. I have, however, in the past, and while it wasn’t as hellish as this, it’s not something I’m in a hurry to go back to. However, I have been enjoying a recent FPS with a lot of fast running, and I think I’m in the mood for one more focused on that concept.

Hell of an Office dashes to PC via Steam Early Access on March 14, 2023 for $9.99.
